Madison Park Development Corporation
The mission of Madison Park Development Corporation [MPDC] is to foster a vibrant healthy Roxbury neighborhood that supports the well-being and advancement of the community.
MPDC was founded in 1966 by Black community activists fighting for just, equitable access to housing and community control over development, and that legacy informs MPDC’s work to this day. MPDC is the first Community Development Corporation in Massachusetts.

Studio Luz Architects
We are a team of Architects and Urban Designers intent on creating exceptional work with a strong community presence.
Founded by principal partners Hansy L. Better Barraza, AIA, LEED AP and Anthony J. Piermarini, AIA in 2002, Studio Luz Architects has embraced a design approach rooted in explorations of culture, identity, and community. Each project we touch is enriched by having a multitude of perspectives and influences on the design process.
Studio Luz is a certified Minority, Women Business Enterprise [M/WBE] in the state of Massachusetts.
